Africa’s youth population is projected to double by 2050, yet unemployment and underemployment remain urgent threats to stability and economic growth. In urban and peri-urban communities, millions of young people have the creativity and ambition to launch digital businesses—but lack access to the tools, training, and startup support needed to succeed.
Digital LEAP is a high-impact accelerator and training program that empowers youth (ages 18–35) with tech-enabled skills, business development support, and startup incubation in digital sectors like e-commerce, mobile services, creative tech, fintech, and climate-tech.
The program combines hands-on digital skilling, entrepreneurship labs, access to mentors and microgrants, and pathways to market—bridging the gap between untapped talent and real economic opportunity.
