Across Sub-Saharan Africa, foundational education remains dominated by rote memorization, leaving students ill-prepared for a rapidly changing world. There is a global consensus that schools must evolve to embed 21st-century competencies such as problem-solving, leadership, entrepreneurship, and design thinking (PLED) from early grades.

Future-Ready Classrooms is an ambitious education transformation program that integrates the PLED framework—Problem Solving, Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Design Thinking into foundational learning across public and low-cost schools.

We’re equipping teachers, school leaders, and curriculum designers with the tools and training to embed real-world, entrepreneurial learning into everyday instruction, using local stories, community-based challenges, and hybrid learning formats.
